By visiting or using love2host.com (the “Site”) and any services offered through it (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site or Services. Content on the Site is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Key Terms

  • “Site” — the website located at love2host.com.
  • “Services” — hosting solutions and related products provided by Love2Host, including game servers, virtual and dedicated servers.
  • “User” / “you” — any individual or entity accessing the Site or using the Services.

Limited License to Materials

We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download one copy of materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial, temporary viewing. This license does not transfer ownership. You must not:

  • alter, copy, republish, or redistribute the materials;
  • use them for commercial or public display;
  • decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
  • remove copyright or proprietary notices;
  • share, sublicense, or mirror the materials on other servers.
    The license ends automatically if you breach these Terms and may be terminated by Love2Host at any time. After termination, you must permanently delete all downloaded materials.

No Warranties (“As Is”)

The Site and all materials are provided “as is.” Love2Host disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love2Host and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profit, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of or related to use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions restrict such exclusions; where they do, this clause applies to the fullest extent allowed.

Content Accuracy & Changes

The Site may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that materials are current, complete, or accurate. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice and assume no obligation to do so.

Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

  • All Services (including game, virtual, and dedicated servers) must be paid in advance. Non-payment may lead to suspension and eventual deletion.
  • If you cancel, also cancel any recurring payment with your provider (e.g., PayPal) if it does not auto-stop. Overpayments resulting from failed cancellation scripts may be refunded.
  • If you raise a payment dispute, we may suspend the Service while the case is reviewed.
  • Love2Host does not directly store personal card details.
  • Renewals (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annual) are non-refundable once processed.
  • New orders (excluding dedicated servers) include a 48-hour cooling-off window for a full refund. After 48 hours, refunds may be declined.
  • Dedicated servers are supplied on a B2B basis and are non-refundable due to allocation/reseller nature.
  • Invoices are issued 2 days before the due date. If unpaid 2 days after the due date, the Service may be suspended and a late fee up to 10% may apply (for active services).
  • We may refuse renewal at our discretion.
  • Accepting a free trial waives your 48-hour refund right for the subsequent paid period if you continue after the trial.
  • Services used for illegal or malicious activity are ineligible for refunds, including within the 48-hour window.

Fair Use

Use of the Services signifies acceptance of our Fair Use Policy published on the Site. It sets reasonable limits designed to protect overall service quality.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Abusive or threatening conduct toward staff or other users is prohibited, including:

  • harassment or intimidation;
  • threats of violence or harm;
  • discriminatory remarks based on protected characteristics;
  • malicious or knowingly false reports.
    We may issue warnings, suspend or terminate Services, restrict Site access, and, where appropriate, notify law enforcement and pursue legal remedies.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident. Love2Host is not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your account.

Availability & Maintenance

We aim for continuous availability (24/7/365) but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may occur; where possible, we will provide notice. You acknowledge that downtime can occur and agree we are not responsible for related losses.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy on the Site for details on how we collect, process, and protect personal data.

Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services—without refund—if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or where we reasonably deem it necessary. You may cancel through the client/billing portal following the published steps.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under rules of an arbitration provider selected by Love2Host. If arbitration is unsuitable, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the United Kingdom.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • violate laws or regulations;
  • infringe third-party rights or access systems without authorization;
  • disrupt or degrade the Site or Services;
  • distribute malware, exploits, or other harmful code.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use. Review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of government, utility outages, or other emergencies.

Support Response Targets

We aim to respond to tickets within 2 hours, but during peak periods responses may take up to 72 hours. Creating multiple tickets for the same issue can push your request to the back of the queue; persistent misuse may result in temporary or permanent loss of support access.

Backups

  • By default, we retain two snapshot copies for Virtual Dedicated and Virtual Private servers. Shared Game Servers receive at least 5 backups (free tiers excluded). Backups are stored on a separate machine.
  • Dedicated servers do not include backups. You are solely responsible for your own backup strategy; Love2Host is not liable for data loss due to hardware/software issues.
  • Backups are stored remotely and are not directly accessible to customers.
  • Maintain your own off-site copies: we do not guarantee the integrity or availability of your data. If backups are unavailable due to user or provider error, we are not responsible for resulting loss.
